Job Description (Expanded):
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical Support Analyst to join our dynamic consulting team. As the first line of support, you will ensure smooth technical operations for both internal teams and external clients by resolving issues related to hardware, software, systems, and networks.

This role is central to supporting a range of cross-disciplinary projects in engineering, quality assurance, IT project management, and business agility. Your work will directly impact the success of projects in the energy, utilities, and technology sectors.

In this role, you will:

Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to users and project teams via multiple channels
Troubleshoot, resolve, and document hardware/software/network issues
Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, system configurations, and permissions
Assist in new technology rollouts, migrations, and upgrade initiatives
Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and PMs to support project tools and environments
Maintain helpdesk ticket logs and technical documentation
Provide user training and support guides to promote tech adoption
Conduct system performance monitoring and escalate critical issues

Qualifications:
Required:

Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent field
1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Assets:

Experience working with engineering or energy sector teams
Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project environments
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, VPNs, or remote access tools
Certifications like CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent
